To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• You are experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy, alopecia, trichotillomania, anxiety, or other conditions

• You have a genuine, powerful, detailed story to share. A compelling story is essential. Tell us specifically how hair loss has impacted your life and why this restoration matters to you.

• 18 years or older

• Not currently pregnant or breastfeeding

• You are committed to following the eyebrow restoration aftercare instructions for optimal healing and long-lasting results

Medical & Treatment History

• If you are currently undergoing chemotherapy or have recently completed it: Please consult your doctor to ensure that eyebrow restoration aligns with your recovery. You will need to provide a doctor's note with their approval before proceeding.

• If you have had previous eyebrow treatments (e.g., microblading, tattooing): We will need to evaluate whether past pigment is still present, as this could impact the restoration process. Please mention this in your application.

We carefully review all applications to select candidates who can benefit most from this transformative service.

We are seeking heartfelt stories of strength and resilience. Share your authentic story with us and let your personality shine through. We want to understand what makes your circumstances stand out, how this experience would change your life, and how your story can inspire others in the community.

Yes, if you are selected, the process will be filmed for our documentary series, Heal Avec Delphine.

What Filming Involves:

• Before arrival, you will film yourself at home, introducing your story and sharing your experience with hair loss

• We'd like to capture footage of you in your everyday life

• We may film you outside the studio to experience your life and get to know you better—possibly including family members if you're comfortable

• On-camera interviews to capture your emotions and expectations before the procedure

• During the treatment, your eyebrow restoration appointment will be professionally filmed at our New York atelier. Our filmography team will capture the consultation, procedure, and your reactions

• After the treatment, we'll request an update after you've had time to integrate back into your regular routine, showing how this experience has impacted you

Your Story's Use Throughout the process, photos, videos, and quotes will be captured to document your journey. These materials may be used for:

• Our documentary series Heal Avec Delphine

• Promotional and marketing purposes

• Social media and community inspiration content

Important: You will need to be comfortable with on-camera interviews and sharing your story publicly. Your privacy is important to us—if there are specific boundaries you have about how your content is used, please discuss this when we contact you.

The complimentary service includes the following, performed by Delphine Breyne:

Consultation:

• A personalized discussion to understand your unique needs and aesthetic goals

Initial Eyebrow Restoration Appointment:

• One full appointment for eyebrow restoration through professional microblading

Touch-Up Appointment:

• One follow-up appointment to perfect your results (must be scheduled 6 weeks after your initial session)

What's Not Included:

• Travel expenses

• Ongoing maintenance appointments to sustain results beyond the initial touch-up

Important Notes:

• The two appointments must be scheduled 6 weeks apart

• Throughout the process, photos and videos will be taken to document your journey

• Your story will be published and may be used for marketing purposes (see "Will I be filmed for the docuseries?" for more details)

Yes, treatments are performed at at Delphine Eyebrow Couture's atelier (9 East 68th Street) in New York City.

Applicants must be able to travel to New York for both appointments. Travel arrangements are not included.

Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis. This is an ongoing initiative and you are welcome to apply as long as the application form is available.

Please note that availability is limited, and participation is not guaranteed.

If your story is selected, we'll reach out within 2 weeks of submission. If you don't hear from us, we appreciate your story but it wasn't the right fit for this round.
