Bonjour, I am delighted to introduce myself as Delphine Breyne, a French artist who is transforming the world of couture microblading and restorative beauty. I have proudly brought the Paris experience to New York.
With a belief in imperfectly perfect, my signature brow philosophy is centered around achieving natural and delicate results that enhance my clients' natural beauty and build their confidence.
My expertise extends beyond microblading eyebrows to encompass an array of other professional and restorative services, such as semi-permanent eyeliner, lips shading, areola micropigmentation, scalp pigmentation, and scar camouflage through micropigmentation.
My passion for restorative beauty and transformative makeup has led me to specialize in semi-permanent and tattooing techniques. Using my innovative "less is more" approach. I create stunningly natural-looking French girl brows that are personalized to each client.
At my atelier, I provide a comfortable experience that prioritizes the individual needs of each client. I believe that taking the time to listen, understand, and capture your unique personality is an essential part of the process. My goal is not only to work on your eyebrows, but also your soul to help you feel like the best version of yourself, both inside and out.

My Story
With over 25 years of experience in the fashion and beauty industry, I have honed my ability to quickly see the perfect shape, color, and form for every face. As an international model, I have always been fascinated by beautiful eyebrows, particularly since my own were not naturally full. This led me to research various methods for achieving natural-looking eyebrows, and I found that semi-permanent makeup, specifically microblading, was the ideal solution.
After experiencing the remarkable results of microblading for myself, I was inspired to become a micropigmentation makeup artist and hone my skills under the tutelage of the world's best in both the United States and Europe. With certifications from three countries and training in Ukraine, I have a deep understanding of my clients' unique styles and needs. My specialty is individualized natural looks that I refer to as Eyebrow Couture.
Above all, my passion is helping people feel great about themselves and their appearance. Every month, I donate my skills and services to cancer patients, which is a cause near and dear to my heart. Having experienced the impact of breast cancer firsthand with four members of my family, I am dedicated to doing my part to support the global effort towards finding a cure. A percentage of my profits is donated to this cause.
