Irene’s Eyebrow Struggles
This all started because Irene was feeling insecure about her thinning eyebrows and felt like she tried everything to grow them back. There were creams, growth serums, and she even worked with a dermatologist. Nothing made the hair grow back.
A Disappointing Outcome
After trying many different options, Irene decided to go with microblading for her thinning brows. But she chose someone close to her neighborhood without much research. The technician didn’t ask that many questions and there was no discussion about what her goals were.
Quickly, the treatment was over, although it didn’t take long before Irene realized it wasn’t the look she wanted. Her brows were way too dark and eventually, she discovered her friends and family agreed. (They were very kind and gentle in delivering the feedback though!)
I wasn't taking pictures because I would see [how my eyebrows looked]. I had my niece take down a photo of me from Instagram because, I was like, "Those eyebrows!" I was very self-conscious about them.

If you have had previous microblading work done on your eyebrows, and you’re not happy about it, please reach out. I would be happy to see if I can help your situation with microblading eyebrow correction. Submit a clear photo of your current eyebrows via email or text 917-833-2114 and let me know what you are hoping to achieve.
In certain cases, I will need to refer you to a dermatologist for laser treatments to remove pigment before I can begin working on your eyebrows.
It is important to note that working on previously treated eyebrows usually requires more appointments and the results may not be as long-lasting or perfect as with untouched eyebrows. The presence of existing pigment and scarring can affect the final outcome and the longevity of the new work.
